Premier team (fixture 4)

The return match against the West Midlands A team was our last group game of the year. This was played at their home venue (Solihull IBC) located in the romantically named Brick Kiln Lane and once again the team performed well going home with a 30-10 (+63 shots) victory.The Singles produced a full 10 points with the Pairs and Fours adding 8 each. Our girl group, “The Three Jays” (Jill, Jayne and Joanne) had a disappointng day, unusually unable to register a win in either of their games so the Triples had to settle for 4 points only..

This result means we will finish 2nd in the group below Cheshire and the team will now have to wait until the knockout prelims in February to see if they can progress any further in the ICC competition. .
