North Duffield Christmas Triples

This annual competition, held to raise funds for the North Duffield Outdoor Club, was held in the newly refurbished Bubwith Leisure Centre. Under twinkling ceiling lights and a Christmas soundtrack, 24 teams of triples took part,  each playing four games of 45 minutes.

The winners were:

3rd place – Roger & Diane Ellis and daughter Samantha Stacy.

2nd place – Dave Randon, Arthur Jackson & Ian Mackenzie

1st place – Francis Boatman, Steve Duffin & James Clark

The prize for best turned out team went to Neil Atkinson and his team from Holme on Spaulding Moor.

An excellent days bowling was had by all with all games were played in true festive spirit.
