EAST COAST TRIPLES/PAIRS (Potters)

May 1st-5th: After a pause of 2 years due to Covid, this annual competition went ahead once again at the Potters Resort in Norfolk attended by 10 North Yorkshire players including Arthur Jackson, Roger Green, Keith & Joyce Hughes, Freddy & Gill Alnutt, David Brown from Easingwold, Chantal & Lawrence Ireland from Yoredale and Paul Whitcombe from Great Ouseburn. In the main Triples competition, Roger and Paul, playing with David Blundell (Norfolk), reached the semi-finals whilst in the optional evening Pairs, Paul and Arthur also did the same. Both won their playoff games to finish 3rd overall.
